These terms govern your use of the repairzone.pro website (the "site"), operated by Repair Zone. By browsing the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Purpose of the site
The site presents the repair services and products offered by Repair Zone and lets you contact us. It is not an online store: no sales or payments are made on the site.
2. Information, prices and quotes
We strive to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date. Service descriptions, turnaround times and any prices are provided for information only. The final price and turnaround time of a repair are confirmed in store after diagnosing the device, before any work begins.
3. Repairs and warranties
The warranty terms that apply to a repair or product are provided at the time of service and appear on your invoice. These warranties are in addition to the legal warranties under Québec's Consumer Protection Act, which continue to apply.
Before any repair, we strongly recommend backing up your device's data. We take great care of your devices and their content, but some repairs may result in data loss.
4. Trademarks
Repair Zone is an independent repair shop. We are not affiliated with, authorized or sponsored by any manufacturer. Brand names and logos (Apple, Samsung, Google, Sony, etc.) mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate the devices we repair.
5. Intellectual property
The content of the site (text, logo, visuals, layout) belongs to Repair Zone or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to send abusive, fraudulent or unsolicited content through the contact form, and not to attempt to disrupt the site or access it without authorization.
7. External links
The site may contain links to third-party websites (Google Maps, social networks, etc.). We have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Repair Zone shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to access, the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or any other provision of public order.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of Laval, subject to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the court of their domicile.
